What we collect, and why
When you use our contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to give, typically your name, how to reach you, and your enquiry. We use them only to reply to you and to carry out any work you ask us to do. We never sell or share your details for marketing.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used, which pages are read and how people find us. This involves cookies and does not identify you personally to us. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting the site.
How long we keep things
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them. Records of memorial work are kept long-term, because families return to us years later about the same stone, that continuity is part of our service.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (unless we need it to complete work you've asked for). Just call or write. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
